Mansfield Multi- Story Car Park

S Evans Concrete repairs carried out works to the concrete columns and beams within the car park to repair blown concrete as a result of water ingress to reinforced steel. Affected concrete was removed along with an additional 25%, corroded reinforced steel cleaned and treated with Galvanic paint, sacrificial anodes attached, existing concrete prepped, primed and filled with a suitable, lightweight cementitious material, before coating in an anti-carbon water resistant paint.

Factory Ramp access

For the purpose of disabled access a ramp was required by the client to enable access to nearby disabled toilet, existing concret floor was cut and removed to allow substantial concrete thickness for ramp to be load bearing if required.

NSK Europe

A slow incline, load bearing, fork lift access ramp was required by a large company in order to give high rise fork lift access to racking, whilst allowing transition in elevation between different warehouses, the existing wall was removed, along with the concret floor, and replaced with a reinforced steel concrete ramp.

Underground car park- Nottingham

A shrinkage crack was allowing water to pass through a retaining wall into a underground car park, requiring a crack injection repair.
Holes were drilled into the concrete penetrating the cracks at 45 degree angles from both sides, injection packer nodes were inserted and a polyurethane substance was injected at high pressure and left to cure, holes were then plugged, the crack was chased out and filled with lightweight cementitious material.
